Delivery

Créatelier Caracolle agrees to honour delivery of items ordered as soon as possible. The average time observed for the available items is 4/5 days on average for a home delivery. We shall not be held liable for late delivery, for any reason whatsoever.
You have the opportunity to indulge your billing address or another address (e.g. your workplace). Remember to specify it when you submit your order.
Créatelier Caracolle strives to meet deadlines for preparation and delivery. However, please remember that delivery times depend on the provider you have chosen.

Shipping cost

For Belgium:
For orders less than €50, shipping costs are €4.5 via Kiala.
For an order over €50, shipping costs are offered.

For France (excluding overseas territories)
For orders less than €60, shipping costs are €6.95 via Mondial Relay.
For an order over €60  shipping costs are offered.

Should you country not be eligible during the validation of your order, please contact us, we will calculate the shipping costs and add them to the list of items.
In addition, for deliveries outside the EU, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order. All orders are intended for the personal use of customers; partial or complete resale of products is strictly forbidden for clients or recipients of products.

Return policy

In the case of a defective product, the customer has a period of 30 working days* to contest the product.
In the case of a product not corresponding to the order, the customer has a period of 15 working days* to claim.
After these periods, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer, and Créatelier Caracolle reserves the right to refuse the exchange, equity, or refund.
Créatelier Caracolle will refund or exchange defective products or not corresponding ones in a period less than or equal to 14 working days after receipt of the return by the customer.

Return costs are borne by the customer.
